TENNIS SUPREMACY
DAVIS CUP ZONE FINAL WIMBLEDON NEXT MONTH (Received June 17, 11 a.m.) LONDON, June 16. The Davis Cup inter-zone final between Australia and the winners of the European final between Germany and Yugoslavia will be played on No. 1 court at Wimbledon on July 18, 20, and 21.
Mr. Tom Whittaker, trainer of the Arsenal Football Club, has accepted an invitation to train the British Davis Cup team.

The British Lawn Tennis Association announces its acceptance of the Australian invitation' to send an English women's team to Australia in the English winter of 1937-38. INJURED PLAYERS (Received June 17, 11 a.m.) LONDON, June 16. Wilmer Allison, the American tennis player, has dislocated a hip bone and is unlikely to play at Wimbledon. His injury is similar to Austin's, whose hip bone was out of the socket. Austin has nearly recovered and expects to play at Wimbledon.
