LOCAL BODY WORKERS
' PROPOSAL FOR UNION (Special to the "Evening Post.") PALMERSTON N., This Day. The Palmerston North City Council last evening supported a proposal advanced by the Napier Borough Council that there should be one union for borough employees and asking the Municipal Association to take steps in the matter of the formation of a local body employees' union covering all municipal workers.
