BYLAW CASES

Bylaw prosecutions in the Magis trate's Court today were taken by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M. , For failing to comply with a cleansing order William James Gibson was convicted and ordered to pay costs. Charged with parking in a prohibitec area, Sidney Kirkcaldie said that he stopped in front of the Post Office tc reregister his car, but was held up ir the queue for 35 minutes.
