On the application of the solicitor to the Public Trust Office, the Supreme Court has granted probate of the will of the late Charles Augustus Fletcher, chemist, of Wellington, to the Public Trustee, the executor named in the will. A member of the Port Nicholson Cycling Club, Leslie W. Sowcrby, received injuries to his back and groin when he crashed heavily during a team race against Poncke on Saturday afternoon. He was taken from Island Bay to hospital.
