CASE OF H. N. WIGGINS

AUCKLAND, May 6. The appeal of the jockey H. N. Wiggins against his suspension f r three months for interference at the start of the Herries Memorial Cup, run at Te Aroha on February 29, was considered by the Auckland district committee.

The committee decided not lo alter the decision of the judicial stewards of the Te Aroha Jockey Club. Wiggins's suspension will expire on' (he eve of the Auckland Racing Club's Winter Meeting. .
