Miss Ethel Morrison, of the J. C. Williamson Company, is staying at the Royal Oak Hotel.
Miss Joan Preston, who is the guest of Miss Mary Neave, Wellington, will return to Christchurch at the end of the week.
Mr. and Mrs. C. Kebbell, Wellington, will be passengers on the Wanganella which sails tomorrow for Sydney.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Bourdot, who have been travelling abroad for the past year, have returned to their home, "Hoonhay," Ngaio.
Mrs. Ida Robertson and her daughter, Miss Joyce Robertson, who have been the guests of Mrs. Hughes Steele. Willis Street, will leave tomorrow. Mrs. Robertson, will leave for Sydney, where she will stay indefinitely, and Miss Robertson will return to Napier.
Mrs. E. M. Helmore, Christchurch, will leave Wellington by the Tainui tomorrow. •
Miss Gwen Sievers, adjudicator for the. New Zealand National Eisteddfod, arrived in Wellington today by the Wanganella.
Miss June Luckie will leave on Friday for Auckland, where she will spend a holiday with Mrs. Claude Newton. .
Mr. and Mrs. P, J. Corrigan, Wellington, will leave by the Wanganella tomorrow. ■''.-'
Mr. and Mrs. S. D. Burnett, Karori, Wellington, who spent the weekend at Wanganui as the guests of Mrs. S. Swan, have gone to the Chateau and Wairakei.
Miss Elaine Hamill, of the J. C. Williamson Company, is-staying at ' the Hotel Windsor.
Mrs.Caro, Hastings, is visiting Wellington, and is the guest, of her daughter, Mrs. Hamilton J. H. Gilmer, The Terrace.
Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Taylor, St. Albans, Christchurch, will arrive in Wellington tomorrow morning to join the Wanganella for Sydney.
Miss Joan Barker, Hastings, is staying with her.aunt, Miss Ethel Cooper, Sydney Street.
Mrs. H. L ;Thodey, Wellington,' is visiting her sister, Mrs. Glennel Fenwick, Sumner, Christchurch.
Miss Sheila Staveley, who is the guest of Miss J. Bethwaite, Wanganui, will return to Wellington this week.
Miss J. Swan, Wellington, who has heen visiting Wanganui, is now visiting her sister,. Mrs. P. McDonald, New Plymouth.
