(Received April 29, 11.10 a.m.) BARCELONA, April 28. Senoi- Badla, former Chief of Police, and his brother, were shot dead as they left their home. Senor Badia participated in the organisation of the 1934 revolution and escaped to France. He returned when the Leftists regained power last February.
