SOUTH AUSTRALIAN , CENTENARY

PRIZES ANNOUNCED

ADELAIDE, This Day.

The Premier, Mr. R. Butler,' announced that the South Australian Centenary Air Race will start at Brisbane on December 18 and finish at Adelaide. There will be speed and handicap sections, and in the former compulsory stops must be made for refuelling at Sydney and Melbourne. The prizes will be:—Handicap section, £500, £100, and £25, and a prize of £25 for the best performance each day; speed section, £250 and £50.
