LONDON, April 26.
Thousands journeyed to see thß Herzogin Cecilie aground. A ceaseless stream of motor-cars extended for threi? miles, and the police were forced to institute one-way traffic. Spectators clustered along the cliffs saw; small boats dancing alongside the Herzogin Cecilie collecting the crew's belongings.
The vessel's position appears to b« hopeless, but Captain Eriksson hope; with favourable weather to dischargt the wheat cargo into barges and ti patch up the holds, enabling tugs i pull the ship off.
