THE CIRCASSIANS.

Arrangements are well in hand for the first subscription concert for 1936 of the Circassians, which will be given in the Town Hall Concert Chamber tomorrow night. A particularly bright programme is to be offered, and music lovers are assured of a happy evening in company with this well-known combination of" singers. The Circassians, dressed in their gay Russian garb, depart from the ordinary routine of choral concerts and offer stimulating numbers with a full share of humorous items. ' The box plan, which is filling rapidly, is at Begg's, and patrons are requested to book early to secure good seats. Mr. Thomas Wood, L.R.S.M., is the conductor and Miss Barbara Bannister, Mus. Bac, L.R.S.M., is the pianist. The Mayor, Mr. T. C. A. Hislop, and party, will be present.
