SANCTIONS AGAINST GERMANY

The Locarno Powers met at 3 p.m. and considered M. Flandin's secret Note to Mr. Eden and M. van Zeeland asking for the enforcement of sanctions against Germany if she fortifies the declares that the rectification of the Rhineland would conistitute a new breach of the Versailles ! Treaty. France might then seek more energetic action.
