RUGBY, April 8.

The staffs of the Government Departments which will be temporarily displaced by the rebuilding scheme about to be undertaken in Whitehall are to be accommodated nearby in the Hotel Metropole, and arrangements have been made to lease these premises, which will be altered and ready for occupation by Christmas, 1936.
