Cases in the Upper Hutt Court yesterday were dealt with by Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M. For allowing two Shetland ponies to wander in Camp Road, Frank Gray was fined 10s.

For exceeding the maximum load in a heavy traffic vehiclfe, Frederick Allan was fined £1, and for a similar offence the Amalgamated Brick and Pipe Company was fined 30s. Keith Marenzi was fined £2 10s for driving at a. speed that might have been dangerous to the public. Driving at a speed and in a manner that might have been, dangerous to the public cost Roy Morphy £3.
