BANK OF NEW ZEALAND

The £1 ordinary shares of the Bank of New Zealand were priced by the New Zealand Stock Exchange as at March 31 last at £2 4s- a month before at £2 7s 9d; and a year ago at £2 8s 4d, with'sales made at up to £2 8s 6d for the week ended April 5, 1935. Sales were made last week at as low as 43s 6d and the highest price reported to Friday evening was 445. The price bid for these shares advanced to 45s on Monday and to 46s 3d yesterday. Today, at first call of the Wellington Stock Exchange, buyers offered 46s sd, and sellers wanted 47s 6d, no business being reported.
