HITLER'S GAMBLE WON BY NARROW MARGIN
LONDON, April 3.
The Paris correspondent of "The Times" says that the most interesting report presented to M. Sarraul, the Premier, and M. Flandin, Foreign Minister, when they, met their Ambassadors from London, Berlin, Brussels, and Rome to secure their assistance in drafting a rep!y to Germany was that of M. Francois Poncet, from Berlin. He is understood to have reinforced the opinion that France missed her opportunity when the Government rejected the possibility of resistance to the violation of the Rhineland. M.
