Despite the protests of the directors of the company, the Ministry of Public Works has legalised the seizure by the employees of a tram . service in the suburb of Ciudadreal. I. ■ . The tramcars triumphantly toured the line decorated, with red flags, while onlookers gave the anti-Fascist salute. •' The seizure was due to the company's refusal to reinstate workers discharged for political reasons. The Workers' Council reinstated them and discharged all blacklegs.
