RIGHTISTS WALK OUT
COMPLAINT OF ARBITRARY CONTROL

MADRID, March 31
There was a dramatic scene in the Cortes when Senor Gil Robles's Catholic Party walked out and was followed by the Monarchists.
Senor Manuel Fernandez, former Minister of Agriculture, read a state-^ ment complaining that the Leftists were arbitrarily controlling the business of Parliament.
The Rightists then withdrew amid uproar and shouts of "Long Live the Republic."
The Catholic Party is the largest in the Cortes, with 92 deputies out of a Right Wing total of 143. The Leftists hold. 250 seats.
