PARENTS' ASSOCIATION
The annual-.meeting of the Wellesley College. Parents' Association'was held irt Hhe v- college,. assembly . ha11,.----about 100 members being present.1 Mft A. J. Luke presided. The i principal, Mr. W. H. Stevens, M.A., reported thatthe complete results of last year's' examinations indicated that every boy had passed the proficiency examination, every candidate was successful iii the school certificate examination, and only one boy had failed to pass the matriculation examination. The roll number showed a substantial increase'on last year's- numbers. After a discussion on the;question of homework the following committee -was elected for the1 ensuing year:—President, Mr. P. B. Cooke, K.C.; vicepresidents, Mrs. F. Symon, Dr. T. G. Gray, Messrs. E. Lawsorl, A. J: Luke, and C. Robinson; committee, Mesdames B. J. Devine, F. Temple Clere, J. G. Harcourt, L. Hyams, E. H. Luke, A. B. Sievwri.ght, G. Sutton, Messrs. F. Jakobsson," R. L. Macalister, T. Grenfell Morgan, T. E. Y. Seddon, and A. T. Young.
