Uallcd Press Association—By electric Tilt-iraph-Copyright (Received April 1, 2.40 p.m.) LONDON, March 31. Rumours of a British Cabinet split on the question of staff talks are dcs cribed in most reliable quarters as fan' tastic. '..■■,. Lord Eustace Percy, Minister, without portfolio, has resigned from the Cabinet. He states in a letter to the Prune Minister (Mr. Stanley Baldwin) that "I should make it clear I am in complete accord, with the foreign policy of the Government." Lord Percy expresses the view that Mr, Baldwin did not intend the post to be permanent and he feels it would be difficult to justify its continuance into the new financial year. ■
