"TIMES" PHOTOGRAPHS

After terminating a series of successful exhibitions in New Zealand the photographs taken by staff photographers of the London "Times," which have been on exhibition throughout the Dominion, are being returned to Sydney by the Maunganui today. In New Zealand alone over 58,000 people saw these pictures, which were shown at Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Invercargill, Dunedin, Timaru, Napier, Hastings, Gisborne, New Plymouth, and Palmerston North. Many of those who saw the photographs were born in the British Isles, and were reminded of scenes which were familiar to them, and to those who had visited England the photographs recalled pleasant , memories of the Homeland.
