A MINOR OUTBREAK
The prolonged ringing of an. alarm bell- on the side of the D.I.C. building arid the unusual-sight of'water'cascading- from an open window on the top "floor attracted' a large crowd of spectators shortly after 10 o'clock this morning. Though there ■ was little smoke, a minor outbreak of fire had occurred in the premises occupied by Burrough Ltd., facing' Panama Street. . The sprin'l^r -system-of the building was responsible for the water. An engine from Jle central fire station arrived in time to complete the work- begun by the sprinkler system; . .. , :.-.-
