Trentham scored an outright win over Methodist. Training Depot B scored an outright win over St. Joseph's. Ordnance 140, defeated Upper Hutt 113 (Murray 51 not out). Colts 174 (Auckram 56, Irvine 56, W. E. Cooper 28) defeated Training Depot A 164 (Sexton 50, Aitken 48 not out, Prentice 38). Bowling for Colts, Dunn took five' wickets for 28, Smith five for 76; for Depot, Aitken took three for' 24. Sexton three for 44.
