TIMARU, February 5. Charles Munro Smith,-a farmer, ol Lincoln, who was found guilty in. the Supreme Court of omitting to supply shesp with proper andsufficient food was sentenced to one months nam a Ernest Ackerman Smith was found not guilty on a similar charge.
