The Lord President of the Council, Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, who has just been re-elected to the House of Commons as member for the combined Scottish Universities, took his seat today, being introduced by the Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, and the Home Secretary, Sir John Simon.
