With the steadily-increasing interest that is being shown in the sport of trotting in Wellington and the southern portion of the North Island, "The Post" from next month will make items of interest in the light-harness world a daily feature of its sporting columns. Mr. K. Scott, of Christchurch, the wellknown trotting critic who writes under the name of "Ribbonwood," has accepted the position of trotting writer on "The Post's" staff, and his articles and notes will begin to appear early in the comintr month.
