THIEVES ON A YACHT

AUCKLAND, January 24. Thieves who boarded the B class keel yacht LadyeWilma at her moorings in Mechanic's Bay on Thursday night or early this morning broke into- the cabin and stole a .22-calibre rifle, sohie rugs, and a quantity of stores, of a total value of about £6. They also attempted to sail the yacht out. of the bay, but were unsuccessful. and dropped the anchor after the Lady» Wihna had drifted about 50' yard*..;. ' . •
