AVIATION NEWS
The Wellington Aero Club's Moth ZK-ADP, piloted by Mr. K. G. Smith, and with Mr. J. D. Ormond, jun., as passenger, left Rongotai for Waipukurau at 1.30 p.m. yesterday, and returned from Palmcrston North the same day with Mr. K. Browujohn, of Union Airways, as a passenger.
The Wellington Aero Club's Moth ZK-AAO, piloted by Squadron-Leader Stedman, and with Miss Shaw as passenger, left for Christchurch at 1.20 p.m. yesterday and returned from Christchurch at 11.45 a.m. today with Mrs. Matson as passenger.
Mr. O'Hara's Klemm Eagle. VH-USP, piloted by the owner, and with Mr. K. G. Smith as passenger, left for Masterton at 3.45 p.m. yesterday afternoon.
A private machine, G-AAXG, piloted by Mr. R. B. Tottenden, with a passenger, arrived from Auckland at 4.20 p.m. yesterday.
