FEILDING, January 24.
The stock sale today was marked by a keen demand for store lambs, and prices were very close to export schedules, but in spite of. the fact that over eight. thousand . were yarded, the market is still unsatisfactory. Venders had the.market, all their-own ; way,.with, excellent prospects. There Was also a good sale for fat sheep, there being' a very small yarding, with prices for'all grades very firrriL A heavy yarding: of store cattle met a very ; good saje, especially for run cattle.
