HERETAUNGA ACTIVITIES

No races were held by the Heretaunga Boating Club during the last weekend because of the holding of the; trials to select the Wellington representative for the New Zealand Idle Along championship.

Congratulations are extended to Beck, of Evans Bay, the skipper of the Mayfair on his' win. Harvey and Bittie, skippers of the second and third beats, both from Heretauna, gave the winner a great go for first honours.

The Wee Too has arrived back at the Heretaunga Club and she will be a welcome addition to the fleet.

W. Coker has, taken the Valada to Auckland to compete at the Anniversary Day regatta.
