United Press Association—By Electric Telejjraph—Copyright. LONDON, January 20. The "Morning Post's" Berlin correspondent says it is stated in wellinformed political circles that a military agreement between Germany and Japan was signed at Tokio on January 4 under which, in the event of either being attacked,, the other is pledged to come to its assistance. It need hardly be said that Russia is 'the aggressor contemplated. (Received January 21, .9 a.m.) LONDON, January 20. It is officially denied in Tokio and Berlin that Germany and Japan have concluded a military alliance.
