TIRED OF TENNIS
CRAWFORD AND THE CUP
PARTICIPATION UNCERTAIN
(Received December 28, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The "Sun" reports that Jack Crawford declares in an interview that he is very tired of tennis. He has lost his keenness and, unless he displays improved form in the forthcoming Australian championships, will not participate in the next Davis Cup. He suggests that Bromwich should be given his chance, along with McGrath and Quist.
