LORDS' DECISION
PLAN UNACCEPTABLE
ELECTION POLICY RECOMMENDED
(Received December 20, 1 p.m.) LONDON, December 19. Without a division; the House of Lords agreed to a motion recognising that the peace proposals are unacceptable and stating that they will assent to any settlement consistent with obligations under the Covenant. It urges that the Government resume the policy endorsed at the eleciions. ■
