(Received December 20, 12.45 p.m.) PERTH, This Day. i Eighteen members, of the crew of the Koomilya were charged at Fremantle with having wilfully disobeyed a command of the ship's master on December 1, when he ordered them "to take the ship out of the harbour, and each was fined £5.
