TOKIO, December 18.

Japan's population will reach 100,000,000 in the next three months, 'according to the rate of increase shown In the new Census results. The present population, including Kwantung leased territory in the South Manchuria railway zone, and the south seas mandated islands, is 99,453,629. The population of Japan proper is 69,251,265. The population of the Empire proper, with Korea, Formosa, and Saghalien, is 97,694,628.
