Sir,—ln reply to "Elderly Invalid's" letter appearing in last Thursday night's "Post," -whose remarks "> I heartily agree with. It certainly is a great pity that the law does not permit these givers of rowdy parties who carry on until the early morning hours to be prosecuted. There is far too much of this sort of thing going on in Wellington.—l am, etc.,
