Creamery butter is now the predominant factor, in the dairy industry of Canada/although cheese still plays the largest part in the dairy export trade. Last year 83 per cent, of the milk used for butter and cheese and 33.5 per cent'of the, total milk production of the Dominion, went into the manufacture of creamery butter.
