An experiment is being tried in Wales of rearing sheep at a height of 3000 ft. It has 'been a great success, and is a jrevelation of much interest, for Wales has a vast acreage now unused, but capable of use for this purpose. The scene of the experiment is in the Cardiganshire hills, about 3000 acres being, set t apart. Two-thirds of the ,l3nd is v -from 1300 to 1800 ft above the sea;
