In, the Magistrate's Court Desmond Ivan Perrin, a Wellington musician, was sentenced to two months' imprisonment on a charge of theft of £2, the property of John Wholey. The accused pleaded guilty. Albert Leonard Hansen, on six charges of theft at Palmerston North and Wellington, was sentenced to'one month's imprisonment on each chargs. the terms to be cumulative.
