THE POLICE INTERVENE
(Received December 7, 10.15 a.m.) TORONTO, December 6. The police were forced to charge a mob of 500 demonstrating outside the hotel on the occasion of a visit by two German envoys to further the Olympic Games in Berlin. Placards urged no Canadian participation in the Games until Jews are granted liberty.
