LONDON, December 6.
The Peking correspondent of "The Times" says' that nine Japanese' military aeroplanes demonstrated over Peking and Tientsin, one dropping thousands of leaflets calling on the people to rise and establish an autonomous North China Government. Japanese machines also flew over Paoting and Tsinan and also were reported to have been seen over Haichow and Suchow.
