MORE WARM WEATHER
Special forecast for Wellington:— Northerly winds, moderate to fresh at times, but mainly light. Weather fair to fine and warm. General forecast for the Dominion is for light to moderate and variable winds, with north-easterlies to northerlies still ruling. A few isolated light showers are likely in western districts, but the weather, for the most part, should still be fine and warm. The anticyclone which has been responsible for the fine weather during the past week still covers New Zealand, and in the past twenty-four hours conditions have continued to be fine and warm. Winds have been mainly light and raiher variable, with northerlies predominating. At Auckland the weather has continued to be fine and warm, with light variable: winds. This morning it was cloudy, with a gentle northerly wind. It was rather cloudy in Wellington in the early morning yesterday, but the greater part of the day was brilliantly fine and warm, the wind being light and variable. Since last night a northerly breeze has prevailed. Sunshine yesterday amounted to 10.9 hours. Christchurch has had cloudy, but otherwise fair, weather, a fresh east-north-east wind blowing ' yesterday. This morning there was a gentle westerly wind. In Dunedin it was dull and misty in the morning and sunny in the afternoon. There was a light north-easterly wind. At 9 a.m. today the sky was overcast and a light southerly was blowing.
