BUTTERFAT PAY-OUT

LEVIN, This Day. Yesterday the directors of the Levin Co-operative Dairy Company decided to pay lOd per lb for butterfat supplied during the month of November. The pay-out for the corresponding month last year was 7Jd per lb. Not only is the pay-out higher this year than last, but the amount of cream supplied also shows an increase, amounting to 4 per cent, for November, and approximately 2J per cent, far the season.
For carrying on business as a secondhand dealer without a licence, Eric McPhcrson was convicted and ordered to P?y 'F°S ls when he Appeared before Mr. \V. F. Stilwcll. S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yjeslerday.
