GERMAN-GROWN WOOL
STIMULATION DECREE
PERCENTAGE IN ALL FABRICS
CReceived December 6, noon.)
LONDON, December 5,
The Australian Associated Press Agency at Berlin says that to stimulate the production of home-grown wool the Government has decreed that orders for textiles from the railways, the army, the civil service, and all organisations controlled by the Nazi Party must be approved by the Ministry of Economics, which will permit orders only where it is probable that the fabrics wil! contain a percentage; of German wool. This is of poor quality, sold sluggishly at recent auctions, and sometimes is unsaleable.
