DOMESTIC DISCORDS
DECREES NISI GRANTED
Matrimonial discords culminated in. the Supreme Court yesterday, when the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) granted a number of decrees nisi, to become effective after three months, on undefended divorce petitions.
The petitioners in the following cases were granted decrees nisi, on the grounds stated: —
Florence Mary Holloway (Mr. H. D. Bishop) v. "William Stanley Holloway, separation; Francis Hamblin Reade (Mr. G. Mellish) v. Mary Strachan Reade, separation; Ida Maud Mary, France (Mr. R. Gillon) v. Charles William Edward France, adultery; Doris Annie Emmerson (Mr. A. J. Mazengarb) v. Horace Reginald Henry Em-, merson, adultery; Catherine Black (Mr. Mazengarb) v. John Black, separation; Noreen Cordelia Coxcn, (Mr. A. B. Sievwright) v. Matthew. William Coxon, failure to comply with order for restitution of conjugal rights; Frances Georgina Cleaver (Mr. W. B. Brown) v. Hilton Charles Cleaver, separation; Arthur George Humphry(Mr. K. Hardie Boys) v. Violet May Humphry, separation; William Wilkie Bennet (Mr. M. G. Neal) y. Jessie Maud Bennett, separation; Lily Wedderspoon (Mr. Bishop) y. Andrew Wedderspoon, separation; Ernest Samuel French (Mr. J. A. Scott) v. Nellie Elizaoeth French, separation; Arthur Elliot Lous Robinson (Mr. W. Heine* v. Myra Robinson, failure to comply; with an order for restitution •of conjugal rights; Reginald William Henson, (Mr. R. R. Burridge v. Hannah. Gertrude Henson, adultery; Martha; Ethel Copeland-Sutherland (Mr. S. V. Gooding) v. William Norman Copeland* Sutherland, separation; Wingate Green* away Nicholson (Mr. A. W. Free) v. Alice Stella Nicholson, separation; Henry Herman Scharnweber (Mr. R. R. Burridge) was granted an order1 for restitution of conjugal rights against his wife, Ellen Jane Scharnweber.
