DECREES NISI GRANTED

Matrimonial discords culminated in. the Supreme Court yesterday, when the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) granted a number of decrees nisi, to become effective after three months, on undefended divorce petitions.

Nellie Elizaoeth French, separation; Arthur Elliot Lous Robinson (Mr. W. Heine* v. Myra Robinson, failure to comply; with an order for restitution •of conjugal rights; Reginald William Henson, (Mr. R. R. Burridge v. Hannah. Gertrude Henson, adultery; Martha; Ethel Copeland-Sutherland (Mr. S. V. Gooding) v. William Norman Copeland* Sutherland, separation; Wingate Green* away Nicholson (Mr. A. W. Free) v. Alice Stella Nicholson, separation; Henry Herman Scharnweber (Mr. R. R. Burridge) was granted an order1 for restitution of conjugal rights against his wife, Ellen Jane Scharnweber.
