AUCKLAND, This Day.

A "personal bequest to the late Mrs. Ellen Ballance, wife of a former Prime Minister of New Zealand, appears in the will of Mrs. Edith Wrigley, of Onehunga, whose estate has been sworn for probate at under £20,000. Mrs. Ballance died a few months ago at Wanganui. The bequest reverts to her nephew. Mrs. Wrigley left £1000 to St. Peter's AngJican Church, Onehunga.
