ALL BLACKS' TOUR

TEST. WITH IRELAND

PROSPECTS DISCUSSED

(Received December 5, 11 a.m.) LONDON, December 4. Ireland looks to the forwards to win the Rugby Test with New Zealand at Dublin on Saturday. Much, of course, depends upon the weather. The New Zealanders admit that on a heavy ground they will be up against it, the Irish forwards being solid, honest scrummagers, with fast, able tacklers at the side of the scrum. On the other hand, the inclusion of Oliver, Griffiths, and Hadley will make a big difference to the All Blacks. Hadley is hooking better than ever. The New Zealanders are not. surprised at the inclusion of five Ulstermen in the Irish team, as they consider the Ulster pack the best they have encountered. They are amazed, however, at Morris being preferred to Davey, who as full-back was one of the stars of the game at Eelfast. The tourists; had not seen a better full-back anywhere. "Morris must therefore be an out-and-out champion," said one New Zealander. The same applies to Morgan (scrum half), who has been included despite the brilliancy of Turner -in the Ulster match. Morgan, how-' ever, is regarded as a star Irish back, and is considered to be the best half in Britain. The special representative of the Australian Press Association thinks that, wet or fine, the odds are slightly ,in favour of New Zealand in view of ihe team's great performance at llurrayfield.
