The British Music Society of New Zealand (Inc.) is a yery active organisation under the stimulating enthusiasm of Miss, Valeric Corliss, the honorary organiser. The Original Composition Group is holding its third meeting for the 1935-36 season on Saturday, December 14, and a programme of great interest is being arrange.l. This will include songs, part-song-s. pianoforte solos, trios, a violin sol.), verss spoken to music, and a solo song with .violin and 'cello obbligato. The works to be presented have been composed by Auckland, Dunedin, and Wellington musicians.
