. King Victor Emanuel contributed to the "plebiscite of gold" which is spreading all over Italy in order to aid t£ie anti-sanctionist campaign, sending a substantial offering of gold and silver pliate.
who were widowed in the CJneat War and mothers who have lost sons are urging married women to surrender their wedding rings, for which purpose ceremonies are being arranged for VDecember 18 at every war memorial in Italy.
