There is every prospect of an .excellent display of roses and decorative work at the Hutt Valley Horticultural Society's Rose Show, which will be officially opened "by Mrs. Knox Gilmer tomorrow at 3 p.m. in the King George Theatre, Lower Hutt. The season is a late one, and the warm weather during the last few days has produced an 'abundance of. blooms; A noveltystall has been included in the-show, also a unique collection of native flora, lac show is for one day only, and will be open from 2 p.m. Visitors are reminded that any Hutt bus will convey them tp the hall.
