U.L.M., 93 (Newman 36) and 114 for two wickets, declared, defeated Seatoun, 52 (Harkness 10, Kelly 17) and 56 for three wickets (C. Yeoman 20, W. Day 18). Bowling for Seatoun, Smith took five wickets for 24 runs, Harkness two for 25, 'and W. Day two for 48. Labour Bureau won from J. R. McKenzies by default. F Grade. R. G. Kain, 188 for seven wickets (Gill 63, Makinson not out 57, Hingston 15, Mason 14), defeated National Bank, 125 (Biggar 27, Jordan 28 not out, Avery 20, Fleming 19). Bowling for 11. G. Kain, T. Barr took six wickets for 64 runs, and Mason two for 57. For National Bank, Hunt took four for 35. Taylor-Giles; 246 for six wickets, declared (Harding not out 100, J. Taylor not out 51. Stevens 48), defeated Telephone Exchange, 116 (Downes 19, Kruck 36) and 70 (Carncross 21, Welsford 27). Bowling for Taylor-Gyles, Reynolds took five wickets for 25 and four for 40, and Jepson four for 40 and five for 30.
Lands and Survey, 133 (Edwards 32, Mason 22, Cantion 16), defeated Local Bodies, 118 (Wilde 48, Chapman 20, Tucker 13. Sim 13). Bowling for Local Bodies, Chapman took five wickets for 31 runs, and Castle three for 49. For Lands and Survey,-Ashton took six for
36. Excelsior, 101 (Hedges 30, Forbes 15, Brown 14) and 48 for four wickets
(Tingey 20, Amies 16), defeated Shipping, 44 (Growcott'l7) and 96 (Thompson 45, H. Wiffin 14). Bowling for Excelsior, Amies took six wickets for 28 runs and three for 39, Reeves three for 12 and two for 39, and Cade three for 5. For Shipping, Thompson took four for 31 and three for 14, and H. Wiffin five for 26. Fire Brigade, 162 (Woolley not out 78, Drummond 36, Tobin 21, Kerr 21>. defeated Ross and Glendining, 122 (Dalgleish 72). Bowling for Fire Brigade, Baillie took seven wickets for 58 runs. For Ross and Glendining, Martin took four wickets for 47. G Grade.

105 (Hingston 25, Crawford 36, Burns 17. Welkin 13) and 66 for eight wickets (Hingston 19, Crawford 24). Bowling for Wright, Stephenson, Joy took three
wickets for 30 runs and three for 2, and H. Blewett four for 51 and three for 3. For Taxes, Crawford took seven for 66 and Burns three for 127.
Grey Cabs, 196 (Neilson 101, Munro 41), defeated Gas Co., 144 (Denison 27, Widdison 24, Campbell 17, Coombe not out 13J. Bowling for Gas Co., Marshall took four wickets for 41 runs, and Smith four for 70. Aulsebrooks, 170 (Carey 41, Hanrahan 38, Smith 27), defeated Duthies, 90 (F. Hadfleld 24, W. P. Lee 11) and 12i for four wickets (McConchie 52, Lee 36, Prior 26). Bowling for Duthies, Hadfleld took three wickets for 44 runs, Lee two for 18, and Knight four for 43.
